    You can 'add' the reverse effect using diodes - this is how SMPS devices work but the end result is a DC output. Is this what you want or are you hoping to boost the effect of an RF heating device?

    Not sure if an identical replacement is available but 'any' 315mA fuse would work. If you're not too fussy over aesthetics then solder wires to the ends of a standard 20mm fuse and cover it in heatshrink, solder into place..... Don't EVER use a fuse of a higher rating - that invites disaster.
