    Anyone with solar panels on their roof?

    I'm contemplating putting about 5kW of panels on my roof. With various feed-in tariffs it's looking like a pay-back period of around 10 to 12 years. Has anyone else considered (or done) this? I only have 50 m^2 of roof with the correct orientation, so I'm limited by space.

    OK, I've tried the obvious :-) I have been challenged with finding some specs for 2 On Semiconductor "house numbered" parts. They are SJF2008LFRB and SURF319LFRB. Apparently these come in a TO-220 package. My best advice was that this was not going to be an easy task. Can anyone assist?

    JFGI Google it (seriously). If the part has part numbers on it, then Google them. Try removing letters from each end one by one. It is amazing how often the details of someone's query is satisfied by the first result Google brings up after typing in exactly what the person asked for...
