    Cheers K.E, the circuit was from a member off here, whom i can't remember and can't seem to find the original post to credit them In terms of connecting the LED's back to back; would this mean that one is off when the other is on? I can't quite see how this would speed up and slow down a motor...

    I would like to eventually use the indicators to be coupled with an LDR so I can control motors outside the synthesizer. In the past i've used the attached circuit with success, It's familiar to me. Would you go about this a different way?

    Not too make the original post redundant, just I'd thought the problems coming from the synth were because of me not supplying the YUSYNTH modules with the correct power. Works out it was me not getting 'power' correct in the first place.

    Cheers Harald. Ok, I understand this and agreed it would be easier. I think for now i'm ready to learn how to modify the circuits as it will be a good learning exercise, i'm finding learning Math quite difficult and this might be a good place to begin trying to apply myself more.

    I hadn't thought beyond having a single power supply, the "Music From Out Of Space" modules require +/- 12v, the "Yusynth" modules require +/-15v. I wanted to run them in the same system. Do you think it would be easier to provide both power buses throughout rather than change the modules?
