    Late entry on this thread... I have ordered the upgrade OS to see if it reboots the internal devices in the proper order, that might fix it, also I am wondering.... If capacitors slowly lose their ability over time, could it be that the cap across the chip in the rework is failing?

    Oh yeah... and what happens if the motor gets weak and I am trying to replace it... will it help to remove the cap or change it? Motor is a SRF-500TB 12560/060607 with a 104 cap across the terminals.

    I have wanted to ask this question for years!!! I have encountered this quite a few times in my tinkering. What is the capacitor between the terminals on little motors for? I am thinking like...to slow the RPMs down... or make sure the motor is getting a constant flow of current?

    Stabilly I would say that 10a is a fairly common stable desire, but I am guessing, I'm not that far in electronics yet... I suppose that if you send 10a through the processor boards on this it will probably fry them out! So lets see what happens if I stick this 9v battery on my tounge...

    The "speakers" mr. 'HeeHaw' (punned to death during amature temper out burst) is a built in leslie that uses a small say 5" speaker. It a really funky 3000 dollar easy to see what it does "First of its kind" digital system that is powered by ancient PS power and outdated drivers!
