    Yamaha sub with bar speakers, when turn on power, 3 seconds it turn off, again the same every time.

    There must be a short circuit somewhere. Double check the speaker wires. Even a single strand will short it out. Or it’s a little more involved with either power supply or output components. Probably the latter. Martin

    If the diodes are series connected to each 5V supply, Only the highest voltage supply will be present and block the lower voltages. Then as that voltage drops, the next highest voltage will supply and so on. That’s if I understood correctly of course?. Martin

    Very unlikely or very lucky to find matching LEDs. That is why a resistor should be used to limit current on each parallel LED. If one LED fails, the rest will follow. Martin

    What is the max forward current of each LED? If 20mA - 30mA, then 56mA will destroy them. You have two choices, rewire the circuit or change the resistor.     Sounds like you mean an audible GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter)?. These emit a high pitch tone, not low as you stated. But I suppose different manufacturers may use a low tone. They are designed to emit a tone when the circuit is interrupted so that you know the fridge freezer is off...
