    You could source speakers with binding posts or speaker terminals. Then simply cut the guitar lead in half and terminate the open ends into the holes. No soldering required. Martin

    My search found nothing on that model. Can you post a photo of the projector and a close up of the power connector. Many laptops power supplies are 19.5V and up to 5A. Typically 2.5A-3A. So one can modify a suitable PSU very cheaply. (If you’re so inclined). Martin

    My first checks would be for fluff build up on the filter. I had several that stopped because of a tiny bit of fluff. I left the filter off and they ran fine. Check that first. Martin

    Here is the manual and schematic. for the 720 and 770. Looks remarkably similar to an Akai I had years ago. Does the writing below ‘spkr’ jack say ‘minimum 6 ohms’?. So as Harald said, 8 ohms will be fine. The jacks are 6.35mm (1/4”). You could purchase a long guitar lead and cut in half...
