    Are you saying the G4 LED in your lamp is labelled 3.7V?. The G4 I looked up was 12V. The circuitry will almost definitely have a boost converter. Martin

    Any X2 class capacitor should suffice. 275Vac - 0.1μF or similar. Providing it was across the mains input. Martin
