    Yes, Hold the cassette door up ,and turn the white spiral gear (multi turns) till the cassette comes out slowly. At some point you may need to release the tape itself from the "posts". Both are red arrows below.

    Welcome to EP. The resistor value is 75x0.01=0.75 ohm ±5% The power rating is hard to tell from the info, What are it's dimensions? What do you need by "noisy"?

    An interesting link ,the history part especially IF. There is also the term "zero IF" , which actually means a "direct receiver". And another note on the issue: One important parameter of receivers is " IF rejection ratio" .
