    I think you'll find the Max current from the motor will be stall/startup current. After that, the motor should only require what it needs to run. But that depends on the motor. Martin

    Why don't you buy a cheap bench power supply or use surplus wall warts/adapters? The bench PSU should have current and voltage adjustment.     L reference designator is an inductor. 271 is likely 270μH. But I have to admit, I have not seen those before. Could they be dual mode chokes? Or just common mode in a different package?. Martin
