    You're only driving the devices with 5V - have you looked at the Vgs (fig 1 on the MOSFET data sheet)? I'd be looking at 6V minimum but more like 10V to keep dissipation down.

    Nothing - the HC05 has no analogue input or output ports. You need the BT audio receiver to decode the BT signal (digital) and convert it to audio which you can THEN apply to the amplifier module.

    Have a VERY close look at the LED die's (the yellow blob in the centre of the package) and see if you can see one with any physical defects - a small black dot perhaps? If you have one device shorted, none of them will work.

    Live and Neutral INPUT to the top two connectors. Live and Neutral OUTPUT from the bottom two connectors go to the lower solder tabs. Earth connects to the lowest (middle) solder tab.

    Information so far is that the set uses a Panasonic G11 chassis. I'm still trying to get more details. Can you post a picture of the board attached to the IR receiver block i.e. the board with IC10 and IC11 on it?
