    By modifying, its probably only necessary to move one wire up or down two inches to the next circuit breaker (on opposite phase.) An Electrician can do this in a minute or so. As far as how you got scammed, I'd at least consult a lawyer on the matter.

    My sketch shows a wormgear that had trip dogs that are captive and ride along a track. So when the worm gear (drive screw) turns, the limit dogs will travel until they reach the central switch. Just to answer my own question.

    I get what your saying. I didn't catch that. I hate diagram that show a block without any details of the circuitry inside. Myself, I'd probably just rewire the whole thing with a few relays like my sketch. I don't know what or where the limits are. Some pictures would sure lend some clarity.

    Look for wires going into the insulation on the upper portion of dishwasher. It is likely buried under that insulation material.

    Good point. I'm amazed how small and inexpensive they can make this stuff now a days. My inner geek wants to build an amp with discrete components, but my outer brain says; don't be an idiot, you can buy it for a fraction of the cost. (....Long sigh)
