    Power distribution board

    I'd use a standard terminal barrier strip. It's not going to cut down the number of wires, obviously; but it'll organize that rat's nest a little better. (You'll need a bulkhead close by to mount the barrier strip).

    I'm not familiar with your brand of speaker. Does the enclosure have screws that you can take out to access the inside of the speaker housing. If so, open the speaker enclosure, and you will be able to push the broken pin out of its connector.

    Try Googleing Used Test Equipment vendors in your area. We have a lot of them in the States. They frequently have no problem salvaging parts from scrap units they're trying to make some money from. Just a thought.

    If worse comes to worse, I buy old units off eBay, and strip them for parts. It's tough finding new replacement assemblies for units no longer in production. The new models come out so fast that it doesn't pay to stock old assemblies.
