HELP please OTL tube headphone amp (again)

Darn.... this is difficult to assess with too many pictures and not enough notification on the schematic (i.e. tube pin numbering).

Sorry - I don't understand what's happening there. What is the electric screwdriver doing?

How long do you wait? There will by some hysteresis present in the system. Is the temperature sensor in the correct position? What device is used to sense the temperature? Show a picture of the power supply (?) board at the lower part of the image.

It's a complete PC on a tiny PCB that plugs into a memory socket (DIMM).

You're not the first - and no doubt won't be the last - to be 'reluctant' to be fully informative in your initial post. There are countless posts where we've had to request greater details and the more we are told, the more we can assist. Where there may be issues of intellectual property...

What rating are the compressors/heaters? Those relays are only rated for 60W power handling. Sure they don't operate external contactors? I could understand motors/heaters not stopping (by virtue of 'welded contacts') but not a non-starting issue. Are there any intermediate control devices...

That's a bit vague.... but have you checked USB version availability? Your 'problem' (if there is one) would be USB3 which means a relatively modern mobo. Finding a small footprint mobo with multi USB3 could be difficult. Have you figured out the battery requirements of a 'standard' mobo yet...

Such as? AFAIK the only additional things they have are some directly accessible I/O ports that you can get using USB add-on's for any old PC. Same goes for BT, GPS, Wifi - you name it, there'll be a USB version of it. Consider using a microAT format PC board or even and all-in-one solution...

Help copying program from C167CR Chip

Chance of a software issue are less than 0.01%. This is going to be a straightforward 'electrical' problem. Don't you have an electric schematic of the main switching arrangements i.e. supplies, relays, thermistors, fuses etc? Whilst I appreciate the manufacturers won't supply a schematic of...

Not sure why you're using the winding mechanism. The energy put into winding it will be the same as that from cranking the generator in the first place - minus losses of course. Your primary need would be to store the energy produced from a hand cranking device to allow it to be used...

Well I could go on 'guessing' or you could post the picture I asked for and we could sort it properly.

How did you start to learn programming?

There are no short cuts. Good books and/or a good tutor are essential requirements. Doing ACTUAL examples whilst reading/learning also helps.

Show your wiring. The load (i.e. your foam cutter element) is probably wired to those two 'negative' connections but we need to see what you have before confirming that.

Wanting help fixing bench power supply.

The large transistors are getting hot because the output is shorted and they are dissipating all the regulated voltage. You need to follow the wires from the output terminals (front panel) back to the circuit board and check for any components wired across the output terminals (diode) or where...
