    Leaked Battery Motherboard Repair

Flux cored, rosin cored, same stuff. The beading is likely as a result of the joint being VERY dirty. In cases like this you might be better off getting some RMA liquid flux to supplement your soldering.

AM Transmitter from Signal Generator UDB1208

No, that doesn't have a modulation input but it could be fed to a transmit stage that had one.... You do realise that you need a special license to transmit on the frequency you mention? You can't just knock one up and hope it works either! Filtering is essential to prevent interference. The...

Identifying LCD Display - VDO Logic Combi

Please show us the display and connections to it. It may be a serial-programmable display. There are many 16x1 LCD panels out there but the interface has to match (of course)...

Woah.... VERY specific. Not seen anything like that. I very much doubt anyone other than the OEM can help here.

AM Transmitter from Signal Generator UDB1208

You don't 'output' to a mic.... that's the input. You can use a signal generator to do it - quite easily if the signal generator has a modulation input. But a simple stand-alone AM transmitter is pretty easy to knock up using standard parts - Google 'Pantry Transmitter'.

Lots Of New Resistors And Other Things

I'd take them too but, as mentioned, the multiplicity makes them worth less than you're asking. Problem would also be collection/delivery - you're looking at £25/30 for postage on top....

    Power supply problem

Hmmm, not a device I can readily identify... looks like a 10-pin device too??? Any chance of a clearer close up? Even 'blown up' the image is blurry.

    Leaked Battery Motherboard Repair

Kynar wire will do fine. Strip back the insulation as required. Beading? Where? On the iron tip? or the joints you try to make? If it's the iron tip then you need to clean the tip and tin it properly. This is best done by applying flux-cored solder (you are using flux-cored solder?) to the...

Issue in driving sensored BLDC motor

    1. disable and ground the drive signal lines. 2. power up repeatedly and check for over-current. 3. if none, then enable the drivers but disable the clock 4. power up and check for over-current. one or other situation will cause the fault. Isolate and identify. You DO have a proper...

Lots Of New Resistors And Other Things

Sadly there are only a relatively few different values and LOTS of them. Such amounts don't command high prices as no-one 'really' needs 5,000 of the same value resistor etc...... You'd realise far more money if you sold them as smaller bags (say 10 of each value) but that means a bit of work....

    Leaked Battery Motherboard Repair

I can actually 'see' the breaks in the track - no wonder you can't measure anything! The A/C and B/D points will measure 'open' if the ferrite beads aren't in!!! Clean the leads on the ferrite beads and refit them making sure the solder joints are clean. At a push you could just link out A/C...

Issue in driving sensored BLDC motor

Start by simply disabling the driver stages 'permanently' (i.e. hardwire the reset circuitry to a permanent 'reset' situation) - make repeated random switch-on attempts and see if the high-current fault still occurs. If it doesn't happen then the switch-on reset circuit is the cause. If it...

    Touch sensitive volume control

Probably not necessary. The volume control is a simple voltage divider (the signal is wired directly across it and the output taken from the wiper) and any value from 100k to 1M would do the job.
