    Motor with Speed Controller

Now that you have that sorted, it may pay to note that the readout is in no way indicative of motor speed as you stated. It is a readout of the pulse as a percentage between zero and 100 percent. To read motor speed you will need some form of tachometer.

Fast Way for Warm up Heating element

What takes 4 minutes to get to 250 degrees C? Surely not the element. What wattage ? If it's the medium you are referring to then add another element ( 2 minutes then maybe)

    Tractor fuel sender not working

Could be the fuel shutoff relay or one of the safety switches faulty i.e. brake switch, seat switch. Really need to get yourself a wiring diagram and work your way from the ignition switch . Note that some of these will run the pump only a couple of seconds at switch on and then wait for the...

What is this device inside our well pump controller box?

Bit irresponsible to encourage this type of action don't you think? Apart from the dangers of operating a contactor by hand with a pencil, the casing has no arc barriers with the contacts fully visible. I have seen the results from when the inexperienced have attempted such things and the sight...

What is this device inside our well pump controller box?

Good way to blow your head off ( if you are lucky). Part is a 240v contactor , 2 pole but 3 would possibly be more common, possibly around 30 amp by the look of the contacts, with a 240v control coil. Sure the external control is working or that there is control voltage?

Help with installing arduino on a rc car

When adding Arduino to another circuit, most times it is common practice to connect the ground wiring in a star arrangement which in most instances would be the V-. (Not the V+) A quick glance through some Arduino tutorials would tell you this. Without an actual circuit, only other alternative...

    Relay & switch wiring

2 x 21w bulbs approx 2 amp. doubt that will cook the brake switch. I have a 40 year old Celica that is still going strong, no brake switch replacement. Apart from that, cannot follow the logic you present with the relays.

    fuel gauge ground

There is no ground on the guage itself (except maybe for an illuminating lamp) The gauge is fed with a regulated supply and a single line gets the "ground" return through the sender in the tank.

    DIY automated power transfer switch

Given that any changes to supply authority equipment will result in very serious offences, not to mention the dangers of inexperienced unqualified players, I'm surprised this has not been locked out.

PSU Hum leaking into Audio (Ground Loop?)

Well, if you know what's wrong, you won't need us I guess.

    Need to drain off curent.

If the load is driving the motors like you say, then from a failsafe point of view you will require mechanical speed regulation, possibly in the form of a centrifugal brake.

PSU Hum leaking into Audio (Ground Loop?)

You don't mention anything about the input. It may be that you have noise coming in there. i.e. Have you used screened cable, where does the input originate.
