    Question about current

Few things about your observations ...... power supplies may go from 120vac to 12v dc but transformers do not. Are you running the 3.2v stepper on 12v dc and what type of current limiting are you using? You say you are trying to measure amps under load using a clamp voltmeter........never seen...

Looking for cheap ammeter that measure the smallest amp

    Try this one...... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LCD-Back-Digital-Multimeter-AC-DC-Voltmeter-Ohmmeter-Multi-Tester-Multimeter-P-/201543412593?hash=item2eecec6b71:g:FYoAAOSwvgdW6o~5

    Kayak stand with sensors ?

Sounds like a job for a security guard. Seriously though this sounds rather involved even for one experienced. Are you just looking for ideas or plan to make this yourself?

Cheapest way to get data from multiple(100s) of sensors?

More info on what you are doing would help especially since there may be a better way to go about it.

    Electric interference

If you look I would be surprised if there was not an existing rubber grommet somewhere to enable wiring through the bulkhead.

    Mystery part

Sounds like a standard switched pot with an open circuit pot section. Any markings on the body of the unit anywhere?

    2 batteries selector

The original tie arrangement was to use a 5 cell as a main and a 4 cell as backup. You could also look at the max8211/8212

Charging Few Battery pack in once. Help!!!

Laptop batteries are normally Lithium with around 18V output from my experience. Any work with batteries requires care due to the explosive nature of any short or fault you may induce and Lithium would be way up at the top with respect to that.

Selecting an ESC for use with an Electric Ducted Fan

Heaps of info out on Google about how to determine this. One place that immediately came up on a search...... https://www.hobbywarehouse.com.au/articles/how-to-match-esc-motor-lipo-battery-rc-car.html

Need help selecting a transistor for a large power load

As Bob says, heat ......... I would have thought the cost of heat sinks large enough for this would well exceed the cost of a couple of decent relays. Even mosfets with the correct parameters would be pricy in comparison I would imagine.

    Electric interference

Auto engines and the like are one of the noisiest environments one can ever come up against. Being installed near your number plate may well get enough shielding from the metal bonnet and guards etc. surrounding the engine bay. All one can do is try it and see. I would be more concerned from...

    2 batteries selector

There is a pretty sneaky design floating around the rc forums using a single 2 input schotky diode as a battery backup. I realise it would need to be different to suit your application but the basic idea may spark your grey cells. Look for "simple bus tie".....

    Industrial switches project

Look at a basic "start-stop circuit using relays and latching connections".

    Capacitor to smooth rectifier output?

If it is a 3 wire brushless motor you will need a controller to suit as with these, it may be DC input to the controller BUT the output is 3 phase AC.

    Capacitor to smooth rectifier output?

I think a bit more detail will help. Such as motor details, controller details, motor loading and is this fed from mains or power supply unit.

rechargeable torch with led or halogen bulb

Could try (images) "1w led" or "3w led" or "5w led" etc. As well as the led itself, it came up with driver schematics also. Might be useful to you.

    Kitchen worktop LED strip

Cabinet makers here in Aus generally supply and fit the under bench LED strips, we just provide them with the necessary mains power for their drivers. So that might be an option for you. Must admit that we've never had a request for "pink" though, usually 6000k, more brighter usually the better...

    Kickback protection

Don't know about the "turn-off" aspect but I would suspect the power on the secondary would just bleed off. The "turn-on" I have had experience with in the form of 1:1 isolation transformers used in hospital leakage current monitoring systems in operating rooms. They were 15A 1:1 and a total of...

    Dual pump control circuit help

Studied the circuit and the write-up and your input and have come up with operation as is and its problems but there are 2 A4 pages...not sure if the moderators allow such a post here and whether you would prefer I email it to you. Basically, pressure switches do not operate the way you require...
