Hey guys could help me in my project in electronics? I need a working circuit diagram for DC florescent lamp in an AC output with 2-4 transistors without using IC , FET . . . PLEASE HELP ME GUYS !!!

You do not make sense.
You want a schematic:
For a 12DC fluorescent lamp?
For a 12VDC to 220VAC inverter?

You can buy small inverters pretty cheaply.
