240 single to 380 3ph

I have been bringing these converters in from China they have been working very well but they let protection if 2 faces come together they immediately trip out they trip out the single phase breaker at 20 amps or even 10 and they will not come back on they will click in and click out again
The capacitors 450v12000 microfarad
The caps x2 are discharged
Do you think that short circuit could discharge them so rapidly
There appears no burning in the electronic side of things
Please don't tell me these things can kill because I know that only too well

The converters are 20 kw and they have been running my 12 horsepower lathe no problem

My question is can I charging via 230 single Without a resistance of any sort

This could possibly be because you have stated that it is dictated, rather than manually typed?
Is there a reason you a doing it this way?

Even if we decipher your English, it makes no sense since we have no idea of what Capacitors, Breaker, .... you are referring to.
What is this convertor? Any Name, Model number... ?
Can you upload some decent photographs of this unit? The PCB both sides.
Can you trace the wiring ?

The we may be able to offer some ideas.
