3 phase generator

I am new to circuit design. I am working on a three phase generator for a 100w ac motor.
I am facing problem in gate driving. I am using irf740 mosfat.
Please help me with it.

hi sir ,
as you asked here is schematics of high side low side gate driver for my ckt.
parts i am using are :
MOSFET :-IRF740
GATE DRIVER:- IR2101

i will be adding a ATMEGA328 later . my switching freq. is 10-50hz .(square wave inverter)

D1, D3 and D5 are labelled wrongly.
