I know, I know, flashing an LED requires a PIC these days, if not an ARM
CPU...
Writing "hello world" on your PC nowadays requires a processor with a
clock frequency of at least 1.5GHz and a minimum of 256MB of RAM. Oh,
and you might as well eat a sandwich before typing to while away the
boot-up time.
Some anger management classes might also be advised, especially for
cases where the screen freezes after "hello..." and a gray box pops up
stating that this program has performed an illegal operation.
