I don't even know how to make that kind of blotch?
One time though, I took a pic with my phone while it was twisting somehow, and the image of the horizon had a weird wavelike translation on it. I wasn't able to repeat it.

My pro photographer friend sold his lenses 12 years ago. Modern phones killed his business.
