Can anyone help me out finding datasheet for M51161P and LA2000. Is there any website whereby i can find out the same. These ICs are used in Stereo Cassette Recorder. Awaiting an early response on this front. ....shamim

My sincere thanks for providing me the datasheet of LA2000. But, i very much need the datasheet of M51161P, which is obsolete and discontinued IC. So, IC parameters required for replacement etc. Can u pls tell me if M51162P is identical and can be directly replaced?

Can anyone help me out whether M51161P & M51162P 20-Pin DIP are pin compatible and identical? I am finding it very very difficult to get datasheet for M51161P, but however, I am being able to trace out datasheet for M51162P. Are they identical and can be direcctly replaced or modification in circuitry needed.

Thanks for the information. My Radio/Cassette recorder is now in dead condition. I very much need the datasheet for M51161P, which may be the MIC/Equalisation/Line in/ALC  etc.

This is used in RISING Radio Cassette Recorder (Single Deck) Metal set of Japan Make, Model #  PC 007.

The PCB mounted (with M51161P & LA2000) unto the Deck mechanism clearly mentioning  the connection of the stereo head. So, I need to know the circuit diagram/data sheet for the same.

I wholeheartedly thank you very much for the pains taken guiding me on the above. But, still I have not reached the goal.

The Rising Radio Cassette Recorder (Made in Japan) have the ICs LA2000 (Plunger drive), M51161P for ALC & Pre-amplifier/Mic/Rec. Amp., LA4461 & LA4460 for Power Amplifier) with Detatchable speaker system.

Sir,

I already have datasheet for LA4460 & LA4461 which are identical, with serially Pin-reversal. Anyway, thanks again for the same.

Please help me as to where can i get circuit diagram/schematic diagram of a particular brand model wise.
