This one seems will work. Will give it a try. Even never tried use LM311 as an oscillator.

Already assembled the LM311 Inductance Meter. I'm interested reading inductance 1uH to 500uH for my smps inductor and Battery Desulfator diy projects.

It's not accurate measuring my 6.8uH. But can measure my 100uH.

Circuit was prone to stray CFL, CRT monitor signals. Need to keep away from this device.

Below picture of Excel computation. Note: Actual computation Frequency have varied because I relocate my Inductance Meter for picture taking.
Can't show my working table. It's looks junk yard of components and tools.

I have something like this, except it has 4 buttons and only measures capacitance and inductance.

There's plenty of these available.

Mine seems pretty consistent with the marked inductance on a wide variety of inductors.
