Driving a Bar Graph LED, 5-15v

Hi all

I've been given a project in which i am to design a PSU with a variable 5-15V output, indicated by a 10 step bar graph LED. I am however having a little trouble figuring out how to setup the LM3914 driving the bar graph.




Any help on this matter would be very much appreciated.
