Function Generator for Sinewave 122k Project

I am looking for a "MAX083 Function Generator". [see project].
I looked everywhere and couldn't find it.
please help me out.

It's because the name is wrong. The right name is MAX038. I will correct the project because it is showing it wrong.

A Friend, made one and works very well.

The only problem is to find a widerange power amplifier for the output stage

I don't know mixos, Once, I went by and saw it working on a breadboard, but I had not the time to play with it
