Hitach TV Repair

Hi, I have a Hitach tv model C28W510TN (A7 chassis)which is blasting
zd970 (PGK180)overvolts Zener 5 seconds after switching on. I have
checked for dry joints(cold solder) around RV950 and R950 as suggested
else where. I also found that ZD950(10v zener) was open circuit.
Anyone with any idea's or schematic for that part of the circuit.

What part of the world are you in as C28W510TN
does not show up in Hitachi Database.
