I am not receiving topic notification.

Is anyone having this problem?

I have experienced problems before, with mail taking a couple of days to come through at times, probably due to problems with my Internet provider but I don't think this is the problem, I am receiving all my other usual e-mail.

Check that you are checking the check-box that is needed to be checked to receive the mail. Then check your inbox. ;D

Thanks for the advice, but I have been checking that box since June 2004 ;D ;D, and it has been working until now :-\.

I have been receiving topic notifications now, I got 17 come through at once.

I don't know why I wasn't receiving than, or why I started to receive them again.

I guess these things just happen.

Hi Dazza,
Look at the "properties" of your notification e-mail. It shows times and dates of its routing. It will probably show that your ISP received them long ago, but forwarded them to you just recently.

My ISP recently added virus-scanning software for e-mails. When they catch a virus, they delete it and say to contact the sender, but don't say who the sender is! The notifications used to arrive immediately and now they take up to one hour.
I finish replying to topics seen on the home page long before receiving notification of them. It looks like I am receiving notification of my own reply. ;D

Yes, that's probably what the problem is, my ISP.
