Gee, wouldn't we all, or maybe not.. Get real, do you have any idea at all about what you are contemplating?
You can drill a hole in the wall and insert a borescope, or you can build a copy of the truck/container x-ray scanner that the customs are using.
Or did you by any chance just want to "see" the structures inside a wall?
