jack 3.5 mm to MicroUSB power

Hello

I have a TomTom GPS that need to be replaced, but I ran into the problem that dn current setup I have in the car has a 3.5mm jack with the new one is the Micro USB.

There is an adapter that can solve this problem?

All the one I can find online is for Headphones ...

Is this for a power connection?

The micro USB is going to accept 5V, probably through a small switchmode power supply. Power through a 3.5mm plug is unusual, but could be any voltage (up to 12V I guess).

Didn't the new one come with its own power supply?
