I hadn't noticed this before. Here is what I have handy.

DoodleBug65 posted one (from Circuitmaker) that had the relative area
of Q2 as _0.1_, which makes more physical sense.

"created using Parts release 8.1 on 01/07/98" means it was created
using PSpice Parts, which is pure crap.
