Hi, does anyone know any PCB Manufacturers that DON'T requare the customer to be a proper company??

Hi,

It's worth asking www.pcbpool.com if they would accept the order; they have a free number to call, and their customer service is quite good. I can't see a problem as long as you pay via credit card. In fact, I've ordered some boards off them in the past for my personal use.
