Yes thats correct I left it on the board. Now with the switch in the 230 volt position it tests out fine. I tried it multiple times mirrors the video now.

Ah gotcha missed that, the number on the controller is KA7500BD Underneath it continues with H553TT

Ahhhhhhhhhhh yes, quite familiar with the "7500" . . . . . . . "other" controller, also.
How about the POWER devices at the end of the board, that require the heatsinking.

3DD13009 underneath that it says SB MB

I also found the controller on the 3D printer has two re-settable fuses one 5amp and one 11amp for controlling the motors and heated elements. so that means it cant pull more then around192 watts without one of the fuses going? Which seems well under the 350 watts advertised on the power supply.
