Are there any moisture issues if I store an old electronics and video game inside a plastic bag closed and put the bag inside a cardboard box?

Place a silica gel bag in there too and you shouldn't have moisture problems.

However, if you're using degradable plastic bags, beware that they can fall apart.

I used silica before but it saturates quickly and I stopped using it because I did not change the silica, how can I control the humidity naturally?

1 inside an enclosed bag will always condense? Inside a cardboard box will always condense?

2 I put a digital hygrometer inside a closed bag tied, when it rains the humidity is high ex. 75%, when dry the humidity goes down slowly and after hours or a few days the humidity gets low next to the humidity of the external environment ex. 50%, these days that the humidity inside the bag is high is enough to damage and degrade electronics and cds and dvds?

3 silica gel in external environment (not inside box and bag) saturates fast?

Silica gel should do the job, but only if the bag is hermetically sealed. Simply tying it closed is no use.

I do not have any equipment to seal the bag, I tie the bag and put a bag inside a closed carton box, how to minimize the humidity without using silica? Silica is bad because it saturates fast and needs to be changing, is there any way to control humidity naturally?

You can get plastic containers with rubber seals, I keep my biscuits in one. If you seal properly, the silica gel will last.

Increase the temperature to reduce the air humidity This is how clothes and grain driers work.
A refrigerator or dehumidifyer will take moisture out of the air. Put the equipement in the cardboard box and place in a deep freeze. Make sure the circuit warms up with no moisture before switching on.

You can also dry out the silica gel by gently heating it.

The combination of silica gel and a cheap heat sealer would probably work wonders.

1 What types of environment in a home have low humidity?

2 Silica gel does not have an eternal recovery durability, saturates quickly and needs to be replaced, what is the natural way of controlling moisture in a home?

3 If I store the electronics and cds / dvds inside a closed plastic bag, put the bag inside a cardboard box and close the damp will it accumulate and damage them?

sounds like you need a dehumidifier machine so that you can dry out just one room of your home so that you can then work on and store these parts in that room

We have been round these points before.
1. Low humidity is found where the air is heated. 5K heating drops the humidity a lot. Look up the tables.
Low humidity is found in a refrigerator or freezer or close to a dehumidifier where the moisture is condensed on the evaporator. Do NOT put your equipment in a sealed plastic bag and then cool it, the humidity will rise.
2. Silica gel will absorb moisture but needs to be dried out in an oven. Leaking air into the package will soon saturate the gel.
3. A cardboard box will do nothing other than keep the equipment in one place.

Environmentally ventilated environment have some action on lowering the humidity even the electronic, cd and dvd disc inside the closed bag and the bag inside the closed cardboard box? I do not use silica and dehumidifier, it is possible to lower the humidity without using dehumidifier and silica

You should read the posts.
The silica gel saturates because it works, it needs drying to use it again.
If the bag is sealed, then no moisture can get in and the gel will last forever.
You seem to be obsessed with a cardboard box. This is permeable and will not help.
Heating air will lower the humidity or the water can be precipitated on a cold surface.

I will not reply again if you do not study and understand the physics.

If I do not use silica gel and sealed bag what is the best alternative to control moisture?

Is it any problem if I store AA Ni-HM batteries in this device in the long run?

As long as nothing can short out any of the exposed metal contacts, it's OK. Clip off the exposed wire ends of the leads as these represent probably the greatest threat of shorting to each other or to another terminal.

Contanto que nada possa curto nenhum dos contatos metálicos expostos, é aceitável. Remova as extremidades de fios expostas dos condutores, pois estes representam provavelmente a maior ameaça de curto-circuito entre si ou com outra conexão.

It is acceptable as long as you take precautions.

É aceitável, desde que você tome precauções.
