A few months ago I asked in this forum for help in fixing memory faults in a YST 99CD. Got a few replies which gave me a direction to search. Ripped into radio again and found the faulty rechargable battery tucked away under the player. Replaced it and the radio again has a memory. I thank contributors for help!
Now, got another problem, lost the remote! unbelieveable! Cant find a replacement new one on the internet so am trying to buy one via trade-me or Ebay or this forum. In the meantime, I have other radio remotes, is it possible for me to alter them so they would operate the YST? I have tried looking at tunable remotes on the market but they are all for TV, nothing realy suitable.
