Replacement for 2SK533

Hello,

I need an equal replacement for the part number 2SK533.

This device is used in a Flow control board which is gone bad. I need to replace this with an alternative part and many vendors say that this part is no more manufactured.

If any one knows about this part please contribute. I am not able to find a datasheet for this part. All that I got is attached.

You don't have and I couldn't find a proper detailed datasheet.
We don't even know if it is an N-channel or P-channel Jfet.

Since its IDSS (typical?) is listed as 9mA then try a 2N5459.

It's definitely N-channel.

The current is specified as a positive figure (P-channel devices are often specified as negative) and of the PDFs I found using Google says so.

The maximum IDS is 30mA, the characteristics are specified at 9mA.
