thanks everybody. it works!
I used a tiny motor 12v with a speed reducer. then a hollow bore 2 channel slip ring
I created a platform 4" and added my lights and other mini props
I learned that the lights cannot be attached to the same application as the motor speed reducer so I added those to the dc connection of the motor
I will send a video when its all mounted.
I learned with your assistance how to use the slip ring.
i cannot wait to implement in other projects using larger (and more expensive) slip ringsfor other implementations.
