shift register is Sequential circuit that is used to implement digital memory

I made serial input serial output 4 bit shift register using D flip flop (for practice )

table 1000 0100 0010 0001

bit 1 shifting from left to right

one d flip flop store one bit so I used 4 D flip flop for 4 bit shift register

1) can anyone explain the operation of 4 flip flop means function table
