Shottky Diod

Hi,
I want information about Shottky Diod, and also the company (Dealer) Who provide me (as a sample or i can buy). its number is HSMS2850.
I live in Pakistan. Please do something immediatly its the matter of future :-[

It is from Agilent (previously HP).
But I can't help with the dealer ....... sorry
