Siemens functionmeter b1081 - manual?

This seems to be something that measures both voltage and current to calculate power, but it seems to have a stack of complexity. Does anyone have a manual? I have not been able to locate one.

Is the fully qualified part number 7KB1081-8AA?
This company at least lists this model on their website. They may have a manual available upon request.
