Small Non Polarized Capacitor as possible with 22uF and more of than 180V

This is what we need.

Our problem is size.

We need the smaller cap with this description - 22uF, <180V, Non Polarized - in order to develop a lower voltage circuit in AC net.

In fact, we are trying to develop a mini circuit to suplly a LED (700mA). One of the ideas was use a capacitor to fall the AC voltage.

Is possible to find this cap? Any other idea?
