^ What he said... and you may have some other fault that merely changing the resistors won't solve. There was an acre of space on that PCB so if Sony anticipated them handling enough current to heat up, near to the point of overheat and fail, I doubt they'd have used little 1/2W to 1W resistors there.

I use resistor 15ohms 1/4 but the resistor very hot and burn.and I try resistor 15ohms 1/2 the PCB is hot I don't know what resistor can I need

We can't read yours . . . . . maybe . . . . you can read ours . . . even using one eye.
Feed back to us if any fuses (BLUE) were blown open or are now bad . . .and hopefully you have not replaced and tried out and made a Five dollar repair change into 50 dollars in repair parts..

The PALE YELLOW RESISTORS are PROTECTIVE . . . fusible resistors . . .that are supposed to burn up and open supply circuitry in case of BAAAAAAAAAAD overloading occurring on the BLUE-PINK-GREEN ARROW paths.
The minor YELLOW one feeds your display filament, and should not be suspect.

Tell us which fusibles are now blown and being open circuit

Would you now know how to ohm out those BLUE-PINK-GREEN ARROW lines and the two ORANGE full wave bridge rectifiers for your DC power supply circuitry ?

The R1604 I can put resistor 15ohms 1/4 and R1603 15ohms 1/4 so the problem of may transformer is overload?what resistor I need may transformer..because the two R1604 and R1603 are blow and burn.,

Both are 1/4 watt carbon film 0.15 ohm fusible resistors.
BUT YOU MUST FIND WHAT IS BAD ON THE BLUE AND PINK LINES . . . that is overloading and causing them to burn up.
Or . . . . . as Ferdinand Marcos used to say . . . . .when Ismelda was having a bad shoe day . . . .

KAILANGAN MO HINDI ANO ANG NAGBABALIK SA MGA BLUE AT PINK LINES. . . iyon ay labis na pasanin at nagdudulot sa kanila na sumunog.

Gusto mo na ngayong malaman kung paano sa ohm ang mga BLUE-PINK-berdeng mga linya ng ARROW at ang dalawang ORANGE full wave bridge rectifier para sa iyong DC power supply circuitry?

I certainly don't have a schematic, but will mark up what I can see, a bit later.
On your Photo # 6 down.
Is the fuse blown.
Doesn't the large filter capacitor further over, look bad on top?
Is the blue cap beside the fuse having its viewable end cap missing ?
