Total Voltage / Current Draw

Hello

I know this is basic question but I can only find example using resistors and not LED's.
I am attempting to make a light box. I have four 3.5v 700mA UV LED Lights. I am trying to find the formula for working out the total voltage and the total amps, so I can workout what kind of PSU I require.
