seriously one of my favourite parts of this forum. We've been a bit starved of wacky ideas of late. I thought we could have a guess on what the next topic will be that gets put in the twilight zone?

I'm going for "peer to peer internet powered by global consciousness".

I like the fact that teenagers and adults self-locate themselves for the gov't by paying for the right to carry cell-phones around all day. Since small children don't typically have cell phones, parents should install microchips in them, you know, to 'save the children' from predators. That way the gov't will have life-time global positioning information on everybody for the rest of their lives beginning in childhood.
