UCC38C43 error amplifier is low current

On page 3 of the UCC38C43 datasheet it can be seen that the internal error amplifier (an opamp) inside the ucc38c43 can source a maximum of only 1mA. Why so low?...Most opamps can source good deal more than 1mA from there output. Why is this internal opamp so limited in its source current?

Doesn't this place sever restrictions on the sizing of the feedback and input resistors that are used around this opamp?

The output can source/sink 1A.

Not sure why you would want to draw power from the error amplifier. If it says 1mA, then it's 1mA.

It allows you to override the output of the error amplifier by placing a voltage at that pin. You can be fairly sure you won't need more than 1mA to do this.
