Vintage Yamaha Psr 32 Music Keyboard Noise

I am getting a noise that is fairly constant. It's low and one doesn't quite notice it when using the speakers. It's not a low cycle hum, its more like a ever changing very low volume buzzing.

Would just spraying the circuit boards with cleaner fix this?

No.

Potentially a power supply issue. Also the possibility that decoupling capacitors have failed somewhere.

Thanks. I tried two power supplies but not a Yamaha one.

Could be picking up mains buzz from improperly shielded cables/connections on the inputs.
Perhaps even leaky decoupling caps.
How old is the unit.?

Welcome to Maker Pro. I would start with the easiest task, effective & it couldn't hurt.
With no power applied!
Clean any and all mechanical switches slide switches rotating switches etc. Toggle (physically move back and forth) selector switches as you spray.

If it's as old as that then you really should check or change some capacitors in there. It's a common issue and there is no cure other than replacement parts (assuming that's the eventual issue - quite likely).

Spraying cleaner on circuit boards might help with some noises, but it's not a sure fix.

why not?...can't do any harm and if it's 1980's era, well overdue for a good clean.
I'd still go with replacing the electrolytics though.
