Wireless Receiver Repair

Working on a Audio Technica System 10 wireless receiver. Trying to identify IC1, marked as "AEG2" in a very small 5 pin smd package. Also on the circuit board are IC4 "AE31" and IC5 "AE91". No schematics or parts list are available from A-T.
Model number of receiver is ATW-R1100.

what is wrong with it,?
these sorts of units are not usually deemed repairable and for this one at its cheap price,
definitely not worth it unless it was a really basic fault

why do you think those particular chips are faulty ?
Even if you could find out what those IC's were, chances are you wouldn't get replacements
But anyway show us some sharp and well lit pics of the board indicating which chips you are referring to

IC1 is the only faulty part, it had a shorted output on pin 4?. This is the supply for the output IC201, a 2068 op amp. The customer had probably hooked up the wrong adapter and smoked the 9vdc regulator circuit. The system retails for about $400 but it is under extended warranty. How can I attach a pic?

those receivers are available for as little as $149 ...
hardly worth the effort trying to repair .... When I used to do work on radio mic and similar stuff
I only repaired them if the fauilts were basic

when you have a text window open to write a new post, there 's an upload file button to press on
resize the image to a max of 800 pixels on the longest side and compress it so that it's around 100kb or smaller
