  1. Thanks keldean! Moore to come in the 2005 field? //Staigen
  2. Hi Do you need help, if it is working? //Staigen
  3. Oops! Maybee Mix did not test the supply thoroughly at high and low outputs. And it shall not fail when shorted, if it is intended to be short-safe and current-regulated! //Staigen
  4. Hey MP Audioguru is right here, the PSU in its original form is a nono, it have problems when loaded down to 3 Amps, at both low and high voltages! I and Mixos where discussing it, when my computer brooke down and i didn't have money to reair it! Mixos where testing it, when that happend. And later Audioguru took over. I belive the changes he did will work, but maybee i wouldn't do everything exactly the same way, but there is several ways to skin a cat! Hopefully no hard feelings. //Staigen
  5. Hi You can use any type of nonpolar cap here, and the value, i belive, can be somewere between 0.1 to 0.4 uF, but there seems to br some error in the schematic, there is no base return resistor to the 2N2222 transistor, a 100 Kohm resistor connected between base and emitter will be fine here, there is also no resistors in serie on the outputs! //Staigen
  6. Hi there Kasamiko, a nice little corner you have there ;D No, not mess with you, only compare the mess in my lab with the mess in Audiogurus lab ;D Hehe, it start to look like mine lab, i think ;D ;D //Staigen
  7. Hehe, good, i try to borrow a camera too, then we can compare the mess! ;D ;D ;D I also have the workbench full of tubes at the moment, i have to remove them first, i bought 1000 tubes a while ago ;D //Staigen
  8. Hehe Audioguru, then i think you should go out tomorow and buy yourself a decent digital camera ;D ;D ;D //Staigen
  9. Hey Audioguru Now i think it is your turn to show your lab! Is it messier than mine? ??? ;D //Staigen
  10. Hi Ante Nice, very nice! The powerstrip to the right look heavy! But dont you need a newer computer? //Staigen
  11. I dont know, do you still have the radio? I have never seen a centertapped battery! Staigen
  12. A nice try, but i belive you can better than that! //Staigen
  13. Hehe, your the guru, arent you?! ;D ;D ;D //Staigen
  14. Hi Tudor is a battery brand, in Sweden! ;D //Staigen
  15. Also look in EPE Januari 2003! Its here on the site somewhere! //Staigen
  16. No, they only re-invented it! Transistors where used in the 1920:ies already! And there is a patent for fets from late 1920:ies or early 1930:ies! And they talk about them in a book i have! The book is written 1930! //Staigen
  17. Why dont you use Tudor batterys instead, then everything would have been much simpler? You woulden't need any ground connection, and could refer to any of the three terminals! Tudor, the battery with nine lifes! [move] ;D ;D ;D
  18. The transistors need a good heatsink! But it is simple and easy, and it work! ;D //Staigen
  19. Oops! The diodes! D1=D2= 1N5401 Hope i dont forgot anything moore ;D //Staigen
  20. Sorry, forgot values! ??? R1= 6.8 ohms R2=R3= 0.47 to 1 ohms(depends on current throu transistors) R4= 120 ohms(acording to datasheet, some LM317 can use 240 ohms, acording to Audioguru) C1=C2= 0.22 uF C3=C4= 10 uF Transistors can be TIP36 or similar //Staigen
  21. Here is the sematic. //Staigen
  22. Not exactly, but it is similar, well, maybe not, after a closer look, mine is much simpler, and its safe, and have a good regulation. Audioguru know what i mean, only by the description i gave. I will upload a schematic, as soon i have done one! I will do that at once, but it will take a few minutes or maybee a little moore. See ya! //Staigen
  23. Hi Replies #124 and #126 in this topic! //Staigen
  24. Nice! That monitor look big! ;D But, what is that in the upper part of the pic, is it a robotarm or something? ??? Also the scope look nice, and the PSU:s ;D //Staigen
