aungkyas
Dear allI have built 4 simple amplifier circuits for 4 channels ADCusing the same components and I suspect that the amplifierdelay is not constant across all those amplifiers and how couldI find out my delay and how could I fix it. I used LM 324 IC anduse simple OP_AMP configuration found in text. thanks in advance
gsmaster
What you need is Dual Channel Oscilloscope.Put exactly the same signal in the inputs of the amplifiers (sine wave is preffered), and connect the oscilloscope to the outputs of the amplifiers by two at a time. If there is a delay you will see it. In Higher frequencies will be more obvious.
jbnugget
If a chip with multiple amps exists you will get better results. When circuits are fabricated on the same wafer, right next to each other, they will usually perform identically (or nearly so).A 2nd option might be using a PLL (phase locked loop) to keep the signals in phase.Hope this helps.
