It has thousands of special parts that you won't be able to get.A TV's tuner, IF strip and demodulators aren't simple because they need high gain which requires special shielding, and many special tuned circuits that you must align for wide bandwidth but sharp cutoff. You also must align it in a special way so that the sound carrier doesn't interfere with the picture or colour carriers.We have a good description about TVs in our Articles section, click on its button at the top of this page.
