systemreminder Posted December 20, 2006 Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 Hi, Can someone help me find out the manufacture (or better still, the part number) of this part? I'm pretty sure it is a junction FET (field effect transistor) for RF/microwave small signal low-noise preamplifiers. It has 6 pins and its plastic body measured about 2.8 x 1.5mm. Probably it is made in Europe because other transistors on the board are from Siemens/Infineon. The only marking on it says "FGJP", as shown in the picture.Thanks and merry Christmas!!
